As part of a JRL Group turnkey offer, Ark delivered the mechanical services to 445 residential units.
The units included a mixture of private and shared ownership spread over twelve blocks varying in height from 4 to 21 storeys rising from a common podium public space.
All the blocks share a common one storey deep underground basement car park with space for 353 cars which occupies almost the entire footprint of the development.
The development also included the Cat A fit-out of 4900m2 office space over a six levels and 2300m2 of shell and core retail space for tenant fit out.
