West Plaza Apartments

MEP fit-out to 152 residential apartments over four blocks adjacent to a live hospital and fire station. Daily liaising with the hospital was required to ensure that there was no disruption to their vital services.
The superstructure was erected using prefabricated panels with pre-cast columns, which led to a 13-week programme saving. Ark worked closely with the wider project team to ensure conduits in columns and holes for services required were captured within the final design.
