It’s an exciting time for the business as we continue to expand presenting a fantastic opportunity for a Pre-Construction Engineer / Planner to join our well-established team, the successful applicant will gain experience on a mixture of commercial and residential projects including prestigious landmark schemes across London which will enhance their career prospects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of drawings to comply with project requirements.
  • Efficient use of AutoCAD & REVIT to produce high quality drawings.
  • Communicate internally within the Group companies/ departments and externally with the client/ designers.
  • Assist in future development of construction methodology.
  • Assist in Project temporary works planning.
  • Create detailed documents such as logistics plans & construction sequencing diagrams to convey method of construction to client.
  • Technically review pre-contract documents to assess risk and site constraints.
  • Advise on Value Engineering.

 This role will suit someone ideally coming from a site / operational background with a good understanding of the Pre-construction process. You will liaise with our internal teams from Estimating, through Design to starting on site working very closely with the Project Managers.

The role is heavily planning orientated however please note, it is not a programming role.
